[Dark Mode] StatusStrip and ToolStrip have incorrect color when RenderMode is set to "System"

This is a new feature Dark Mode: #11857

Issue description

ToolStrip and StatusStrip BackColor is not changed to dark when RenderMode: System.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a WinForms .NET Core application with StatusStrip/ToolStrip control.
2. Enable DarkMode by Application.SetColorMode(SystemColorMode.Dark) in Program.cs file.
3. Set RenderMode to "System".
4. Run the application.

What the Renderer properties in those controls could do is instead select the renders depending on if Dark mode is enabled or not.

When Application Dark mode enabled by default: Profressional Renderer is used.
When Application set to System/Light mode by default: System Renderer is used.

Sure, it might break some things, but it will fix it to where they will Render dark out of the box when the application configures to use Dark mode (and if it can actually be used).

Verified the issue with .NET SDK 10.0.100-preview.7.25318.104, the issue has been fixed that StatusStrip and ToolStrip have correct color when RenderMode is set to "System" as below screenshot.
