use floccus similar to Edge workspaces

Hello,

I have recently start playing around with Floccus since I am looking for something to sync my tabs/bookmarks across browsers (and devices).
Although Bookmarks seems to be working fine , I struggle to figure out a good strategy for Tab syncing.
At the moment I mainly use Edge because it works across OSes and its Workspaces with tab groups works for my workflow.
I was hoping to party replicate it with Floccus , for other browsers but to my testing it syncs only open tabs in the open windows.
Is there a way to have Floccus folders to be syncing but not have to be open?

Or any other ideas
