Is hosting/deployment possible without node.js?

Hi,
I am at the moment looking for a new hoster. I have found this one all-inkl.com the premium plan. The price is top with 10 domains incl., but the support told me, that I can install laravel but not node.js for node.js I have to order a server and not a shared hosting plan.

I am a beginner and do not know, if I need node.js?
Do I need this only for vue and react or for php framework?

I have got only 3 sites to host, therefore i do not need so much power and I am not an admin so to host an own server or vps is what i do not want. May be some one can suggest a hoster?

You could build locally and deploy that? It isn't ideal, but it could work.

Sorry, I am new to laravel.. for running the app I do not need node.js, only for develop the frontend?
Have never build a site with react or vue.
