Need Help With Finding All The Color In A Less File

Recently i want to find all the color definition in my react + less project，using Nodejs such us

1. in React component less file: color: #FFFFFF,
2. in a common less file: @Color-White: #ffffff, and then import the common less file and use color: @Color-White
3. a built in function call like: color: fade(#ffffff, 10%)

I want to find all of them(filename where it's defined、line、column and the content)

I tried using

1. less.render + plugin.addVisitor, but i can't resolve the value of a Variable when it's being visited by visitDeclaration hook
2. less.parse + then dfs the ast, same problem

can't get what i want perfectly. Anyone that can give me some advise? I would realy appreciate it.
