Results None Doesn't Seem to be Working?

I would have added this as a bug but I'm having so much trouble with VS Code and SQLTOOLS that I'm sure most/all of it is me. I've set the results to be None.

But when I run a query my VS Code switches to a new tab with a yellow icon,

it also puts results in a window down below labels "SQL CONSOLE". I would have thought this would be called "SQLTOOLS CONSOLE" if it was related to the SQLTOOLS extension, but whatever I guess?

How do I stop this from creating a tab?! or at least not switching me to the tab every time I run a query.
