Project-specific alert settings

Hello! Is there a plan/roadmap for making alert targets be settable at the project level? i.e. I want project 1 to send alerts to one slack url/channel, but project 2 to send them to a different channel. Or maybe I want project 1 to use telegram, but project 2 to use slack.

I'm curious if this is something already planned - I might also be interested in playing around with implementing and contributing it if it's something you'd pull in. It would be a good excuse to learn some Go. :) I suspect it would be a bit nontrivial, but could be a fun project.

There is no roadmap for this feature. But I'm sure this feature will be in demand.

Implementing this feature requires quite a lot of resources because the current notification system is in pretty bad shape (copy-paste).

I'd be happy to accept a pull request if you have enough time to implement it.
