Huh, I think #Firebase Messaging recurring notifications are not the kind of recurring I thought they don't appear to document them at all.

Trying to debug https://daily.cat/ notifications and it's a mess. Scheduled Firebase notifications don't seem to work at all. Test notifications to specific tokens show double notifications in the background and no notification in the foreground. 5% of the time on Android Chrome Notification.permission is "default". 30 seconds after connecting remote debug to android chrome connections breaks and I have to disconnect and enable again. Plus the Messaging docs are terrible.

Chrome remote debugging seems to be very unstable.
