Notes for Reviewers
This PR replaces muiTooltip component in helperText component with muiPopOver, as the popover is better in terms of usablitiy and links can be clicked and text can be copied easily without the problem of disappering as incase of muiTooltip.
Incase of muiPopover , we have to click on the [i] button rather than hovering over it.
