Incorrect install path for Device Tree Binaries AM64X

In section 3.2.1.7.1. Installing the Kernel Image and Device Tree Binaries the docs say that device tree binaries are stored in <rootfs path>/boot along with the kernel image. This is incorrect as they are stored in <rootfs path>/boot/dtb/ti

Additionally 32-bit ARM devices have moved their dtbs under <rootfs path>/boot/dtb. We need to check those references as well.
