Commit Heatmap Mobile View

Currently the commit heatmap has difficulty rendering on very small screens and mobile views, because of the nature of the component. This will likely require paginating based on smaller intervals of time than a year to solve, and rendering vertically instead of horizontally. This will take some tinkering to get properly working. Also check if there's a way to make square/label rendering more consistent, it tends to shift when selecting between years.
