JS route used to call backend force 'http' scheme

and when port is 80, the config.js, generated by dump-js-config command, keep it in uri which may cause CORS error.

Fix travis karma test that fails coz of chrome/firefox

it starts since #116 i decided to merge coz scrutinizer works well, so i can remove some test from travis (and maybe remove it or just let a .dist file coa it s not really ecologic to run both CI)

Check if they are interesting and use them if ok For liip, there is also Catcher which is a full solution, but better. If it s really better maybe just add the reference in the Readme
