Hi, I am a Civil Engineer having 7 years of professional experience, with a focus on Water Infrastructure for the past 5 years. My love for learning has always led me to find ways of teaching myself new skills on my own time. Having a keen interest in Data Science, I started taking Python and Statistics courses on coursera.

After completing over 10 courses I started working on some personal water engineering projects. My engineering firm was actually impressed with my self-taught skills and assigned me some side projects to innovate design automation. This was great because it helped use all my new knowledge into practice on company’s time. The work was interesting and my team was very helpful when it came to giving me feedback on my work.

My curiosity has led me to explore ways to leverage Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to drive better project outcomes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of water engineering management. I wish to participate in Water based Engineering Hackathons that won't just be useful for meeting like minded individuals, but anytime someone has an idea but doesn't have time and resources to do something about it I would volunteer myself because I'm always looking for opportunities that might help me gain experience.

This program is an effective solution for counting the exact number of pipe & valve fittings required for on-site assembling of water supply networks. It directly uses the water supply design sheet for calculations, guaranteeing that the right number of reducers, tees, flange adapters, end caps, etc. are procured ahead of time. It eliminates the errors due to guesstimate that could lead to delays and other problems on the project site.

Hydraulic Calculator is designed for water engineers and aspiring students to get a deeper understanding of fluid dynamics by offering explanatory notes and contextual information aimed at bridging the gap between complex theoretical concepts and real-world application. The code has been integrated into the web and hosted on my technical blog's (The Water Engineering Daily) server, which ensures accessibility and ease of use.

I am looking ahead for future scalability by incorporating advanced visualisation features, and continuous enhancements towards expanding the tool to cater to evolving needs of professionals and students in the water engineering industry.
