Allow the dashboard to appear on a different port than port 80

Prerequisites

• I have checked the Wiki and Discussions and found no answer

• I have searched other issues and found no duplicates

• I want to request a feature or enhancement and not ask a question

The problem

Maintainer said this is possible via AdGuardHome.yaml; unfortunately I cannot find any such file on my Mac. It would have been nice if the file's location had been mentioned.
Even better: a live link to the file on the Dashboard!

Proposed solution

A live link to the file on the Dashboard.
For my immediate need, how about a button to change the listening port?
