Sort traffic by DNSSEC DOH DOT QUIC or plain requests in UI

is this something that this project is condisdering

Something to show what type of traffic clients are requesting

A better overview of the traffic inside the network

And make one of the options (or some other glyph) clearly show whether it actually was a cached response too.
