Version 5.13.2 displays "upcoming" segment notifications for disabled categories.

Following the 5.13.2 update, on LibreWolf 130.0.1-1, SponsorBlock has started showing me notifications in the bottom right of the player for "Upcoming" segments of several types, e.g. Intermission, Tangents, End Cards. These notifications don't include any options for skipping the marked segment, and the timer in the notification isn't actually tied to the video playback (i.e. it continues to count down the seconds even if you pause the video).

For example, The Stein Paradox - Numberphile shows this message around 7:44:

All of these categories are ones I have configured as "Disabled" in the extension's settings menu:

These nuisance notifications did not appear in previous versions of the extension.
