LLDP-DAP conflicts with the Microsoft's C/C++ extension, the "lldb-dap" entry disappears from the debugger selection menu

In VSCode, when you have no launch.json, it suggests to create one for you: ("create launch.json file")

When clicking on this, it lets you choose the debugger:

This stops working when the Microsoft's C++ extension is also installed. Then the menu looks like this:
