Summary
We're observing the Windows Server 2025 image (specifically 20250504.1.0) appears to have some configuration problems, causing insufficient disk space.

jobs started failing because "not enough space on the disk" actions/runner-images#12199- This is being tracked internally by GitHub.
Mitigation attempts
Resolution
- New Windows Server 2025 images have been released (20250527.1.0) which seems to have correctly configured storage capacity.
