Describe the bug
As title

To Reproduce

  1. Download a backup file to D:\cluster.backup.
  2. Run cli from C:\ drive.
supabase db start --from-backup D:\cluster.backup

Expected behavior
Local database restores successfully.

System information

  • Version of OS: Windows 11
  • Version of CLI: v2.22.3
  • Version of Docker: v27.5.1
