Fix for issue #19479

Description

Dropzone element in media section given "box-sizing: border-box" to stop horizontal scroll bar appearing unnecessarily

It seems removing width: 100% from #dropzone also fix this.

Perhaps the border-radius should also be zero, so there isn't any gap at edges.

Another issue is duplicate dropzone, at least in Edge browser it complains about this :)

I added the "box-sizing:border-box;" to make the styling consistent between all dropzone components as other dropzones have it.

It's also included in the UI library styling.

@nielslyngsoe perhaps there should be no border-radius in this case as shown in:
#19541 (comment)

I think this is shown in media section + in overlay/modal or media picker.
