Ability to build with debug symbols

Description

Both docker and dockerd provide a way to build their binaries with debug symbols. Please provide a similar option for buildx.

I tried:

1. Removing -trimpath from /hack/build
2. Removing GO_EXTRA_LDFLAGS="-s -w" from /Dockerfile

The binary gets built with debug symbols but with an incorrect path so breakpoints do not work. The generated debug symbols have a path that starts with github.com/docker/buildx/ instead of the absolute path of the repository. Any ideas?

The only thing that ended up working for me is invoking go build -gcflags="all=-N -l" -o bin/build/buildx ./cmd/buildx directly. Given that it bypasses the makefile, I hope that I'm not missing anything...
