Guidebook Apple Silicon I would really like to learn how to install without having to re-install each time I use Terminal

Output of brew config

After installing from the .pkg file I goto terminal type the fallowing one by one.
echo 'export PATH="/opt/homebrew/bin:$PATH"' >> ~/.bashrc
echo 'export PATH="/opt/homebrew/bin:$PATH"' >> ~/.zshrc
echo $SHELL
brew help which displays help so that means it's installed until I close out of the terminal.

I would appreciate it if I could get a step-by-step guidebook on how to install using Mac M1

All I know is step 1 is download from https://github.com/Homebrew/brew/releases/
