Getting different Discount Amount in Cart Page & Admin Order Information Page

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento Cloud version: 2.4.6-p2
2. PHP - 8.1

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Create a cart price rule - (Screenshot - https://prnt.sc/R1dZYTo0n7Fd , https://prnt.sc/lOoAcJbYe0LF )
2. Add products in same order with mentioned price only . (Screenshot - https://prnt.sc/SprQ6Ag6Lf-H)
3. Now apply coupon code on cart - (Screenshot - https://prnt.sc/BvYu1GaiNS9K) and place an order.
4. Now check order information page and you will see different discount amount is getting applied. (Screenshot - https://prnt.sc/jQjme8bZgcNa , https://prnt.sc/hKiYVpcBuutM )

Expected result (*)

1. Alike discount amount shown in cart page should be displayed same in order admin information page as well.

Actual result (*)

1. Getting different discount amounts on cart page and order admin information page.

It is not reproducing now... I tried the steppes described in issues. I tested on the latest version of Magento ver. dev-2.4-develop
