The tool always asks for GitHub username even if it's not needed.

Describe the solution you'd like

Reorder the questions so that the VCS question appears before the username. If "None" is selected, don't ask for the GitHub username.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, include a clear explanation of why the GitHub username is needed. This has the downside of excluding people who don't use GitHub.

Additional context

As it stands, the setup suggests you need a GitHub account to use Nuxt. Nothing about Nuxt proper fundamentally requires a GitHub account.
