Why is the version of @types/node set at a static 18.11.11? I get an "arrow key" prompt. #165

According to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@types/node?activeTab=versions , there is no 18.11.11 -- whenever I try to install the package, I get a prompt to select an actual version with arrow keys, which doesn't work for my pipeline.

Nevermind... looks like this is an issue with our custom registry. My apologies.
