New release of @actions/artifact

Currently the latest version of @actions/artifact (2.3.2) depends on
• @octokit/request@<8.4.1 (security advisory here)
• @octokit/plugin-paginate-rest@<9.2.2 (security advisory here)
• @octokit/request-error@<5.1.1 (security advisory here)

I noticed a new release is currently being prepared to fix this. Putting in this issue to get notified on the new release, thanks

I am also having this issue - throwing NPM audit errors at me until I downgrade to @actions/artifact version 1.1.2
