request: CNMAT OSC library

I couldn't find a library for OSC (Open Sound Control)

I use it on Arduino to send OSC over USB SLIP serial. 
This i forward using a node.js bridge to control VCV Rack and other software.
Much better resolution than 7 bit MIDI cc.
