Autogenerated CatalogExportApi classes must be placed into generated folder.
AC:
- classes must be generated into /generated` folder and has the same structure CatalogExportApi/Api/Data/*
- logic with classes generation moved to /Setup/Recurring.php
- existing command bin/magento dto:generate`eliminated
