Savings calculations on summary page tiles in cost summary report do not match values in the chart below it.

👣 Repro steps

1. Go to Summary page of Cost Summary Report
2. Hover over the lines in accumulated cost chart
3. Compare numbers in the chart with tiles above.
4. Total Savings numbers do not match
