Description of the new feature

Since #19044 removed http/https sources for profile icons my Ubuntu profile has an empty value as icon and therefore shows up as blank and the auto generated WSL profile has Tux as the icon which gets confusing if you have many distros.

I would like to point it to a known location handled by Terminal (ms-appx:///ProfileIcons/ maybe) so I can consistently get the same icon without using OneDrive/Dropbox etc
