Buttons to move to the next change in a file

When reviewing large files with small changes scattered throughout the file, I think having a button that takes us to the next change to view would really help.

Currently, this is what I do-

• If the next change is far away in a file, I click the scroll to that location
• If the next change is nearby, I scroll to that file.

Having a button that automatically takes us (in github UI, only the diff hunks are shown which ..... I have mixed feelings on) and making it shortcut controlled would really help improve productivity. Maybe the cursor can automatically go to the next hunk if I press a key, like in the merge conflict viewer
