Open a remote repo.
Open issues in the Github pull requests section.
Click on the arrow for: Start Working on an issue.
A message pops up saying that I don't have permission to work on this repo. So it suggests to fork it. I click on Fork it.
It will show a notice saying: "Creating Fork: Adding remotes. This may take a few moments."
It shows the progressbar halfway and stays there infinitely.
