coding agent bleeds into ask mode

In Ask mode, it seems we only get slash command auto complete when typing / at the very beginning but none other places.

Since I didn't get /codingAgent completion, I tried # and was suggested #codingAgent. However this tool will not be picked up (maybe because the tools are never included in Ask mode) when running the query how to implement this #codingAgent.

These might be upstream issues.
