#codingAgent switches to main branch but does not clear "changed files state"

• Have local changes
• Ask the #codingAgent to finish
• It asks me if I want to include local changes, and then asks me if I want to switch back to main. Picked Yes for both.
• After switching back to main, I still have files in the "changed files list"

Once we have the coding agent response message in the chat view, I would also expect this changed file list to be cleared.

@roblourens any suggestion how can we do this in core or via commands? Copilot doesn't have the knowledge.
