Description
In https://github.com/uxlfoundation/oneAPI-spec/blob/main/doc/versioning.rst#specification-version-approval is a reference to the core team:
The oneAPI specification must be approved by its core team.
The core-teams.rst file was removed in #258 , but this reference was missed.
