This is a C++ reimplementation of the Sonic 2 Clone Driver v2, which is a modified version of Sonic 1's SMPS 68k Type 1b sound driver.
To build this, ClownMDSDK is needed, which can be found here: https://github.com/Clownacy/clownmdsdk
