When I merged in my last pr for adding nextest, a break from cargo audit snuck in, but it can't be resolved with an upgrade.

@nshirley Oops, forgot to double check this before I merged -- but don't forget the "chore: " prefix in the commit message itself, our release notes script (clog) will pick that up
