This is displayed in english in the Blog list of articles. I might be wrong but it's not theme related. It might be related to the language settings.

It seems this is not caused by language. Docutils only accepts pt-BR as portuguese language but even changing to pt-BR displays the same message in english.
I did a search in the repository for the sentence, but it doesn't show, so it might be internal to Pelican.
