Can you add m3u extension to play videos? This way, we can easily prepare a video list as we wish. Thanks in advance.

+1 and m3u8 as well.
All mentions of m3u8 in issue list are related to downloading/streaming with yt-dlp. However, if I have a playlist already downloaded, it should be playable by video player directly.
