This is a Windows issue, as a workaround enable desktop icons:
right-click desktop -> View -> Show desktop icons.

Windows update "KB5050009" have the fix it seems, open Windows update settings -> Check for update.

plz, find the solution because the other wallpaper service app is not working, previously I used alive wallpaper, idk what happened, suddenly it causing a problem, it showing live wallpaper but not showing icons, and taskbar, but in lively it sometimes it run the wallpaper, after tweaking in setting little bit, the live wallpaper starts crashing
