Wallpaper Background Only Works (Correctly) Until Lively Exits

Describe the bug

• I'm using "Fluids", click 3 dots, choose Customise and scroll to end, choose a background image and tick (the apparently not superfluous) "Background" checkbox.
• The chosen background image displays on both primary and secondary monitors with the fluid activity over it.
• Right click tray icon to exit Lively
• Reopen Lively
• The background image now only displays on the secondary monitor.

Desktop:

• OS: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26100.2894]
• Fluids.

Additional context
Not sure why there are 2 different ways to collect debug information in Lively, but I followed the tray option one.
