While tracking down an issue where a crate failed to build for rust <1.85.1 in CI (which uses automated tooling to install certain rust toolchain versions), I found that 1.85.1 is not marked as released using GitHub's releases (causing it not to be picked up by the release tooling).

1.85.1 is not present in the list here: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/releases, although there seems to be a regular tag: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/releases/tag/1.85.1

1.85.1 does seem to be released as per https://blog.rust-lang.org/2025/03/18/Rust-1.85.1.html

It should show up once #138675 is merged.
