[PHP 7.3] fixed issue with installing remi repo and added missing PHP extensions
This allows PUT and PATCH requests, for example.

The development branch was some commits behind master, so I merged them.
Additionally I added redis and imagick. Redis is pretty important for lambda php applications, because of the missing php session.
