<li class="oi">Out-of-Scope or Invalid and not verified
</ul>
<p class=open>Open issues are marked like this</p>
<p>An issue can be closed as <code>Accepted</code>, <code>OutOfScope</code>,
<code>Invalid</code>, <code>Rejected</code>, or <code>Retracted</code>.
<code>Verified</code> indicates commentor's acceptance of the response.</p>
