中文版分支会完全保留phabricator的原版功能，仅仅做一些本地化的工作。
此外，我们还希望加入以下功能（在不与phabricator原版冲突的前提下）：
  - 即时聊天
  - 周报撰写
  - 更易用的todo-list（像tower一样）
  - 等等

Phabricator is an open source collection of web applications which help
software companies build better software.

Phabricator includes applications for:

  - reviewing and auditing source code;
  - hosting and browsing repositories;
  - assembling a party to venture forth;
  - tracking bugs;
  - hiding stuff from coworkers; and
