Requirements:

Teleop:

Successfully transport cargo and hatches
Move with a mecanum drive
Pick up cargo and hatches from ground
Design and implement a PID Subsystem
Climb to the third platform
Link commands to buttons

Sandstorm:

Get off of second platform successfully
Align properly with the vision target with vision processing
Design a viable Sandstorm strategy
Transmit video feed
