Can you make settings in Quick Settings:
**- Show leading zero to hours

• Enable custom time and date format**
  with the ability to disable time and date?
  as it is in the settings: Status bar -> Clock settings:
  **- 24 hour format
• Show AM/PM
• Show leading zero to hours
• Enable custom format**
