New Graphics 2

Contains more new graphics, like the last one. If this one gets too large ill probably split it up into yet another PR so stuff can get in at a reasonable time.

• Remake ice flows
• Remake shortfuse explosion sprite
• Add yeti and ghost tree overworld sprites
• Add topless -> topped transition tiles
• Remake explanation billboards
• Deprecate some more old graphics
• New magic block (?)
• New skull tiles

And probably more, I'll add new changes to this list as they're added.

climb, resetpoint, run, and trampoline looks ok firetux clearly has diffrent graphics, not added or drawn by actual developers, i recomend making it like in the game

i am not a developer, i didnt contribute to supertux at all

..the firetux was drawn by a developer. The sprites just haven't been fully finished yet. Please stop flooding this post with a bunch of approves and comments.
