Requirements

  • Docker & Docker Compose installed on your system.

Quick Start

  1. Clone the repository

    git clone https://github.com/YEmrehan/ThinkTalk.git
    cd ThinkTalk
  2. Create .env file

    Copy the example environment file and update your credentials:

    cp .env.example .env
    # Edit .env as needed, especially DB settings
  3. Build and start containers

    docker-compose up --build -d
  4. Access the app


Docker Compose Overview

  • web: PHP + Apache container serving the app.
  • db: MySQL 5.7 database container.
  • phpmyadmin: phpMyAdmin container for easy DB management.

Volume Mounts

  • ./src/var/www/html: Your application source code.
  • ./vendor/var/www/vendor: PHP dependencies installed by Composer.
  • ./.env/var/www/html/.env: Environment variables injected into the app.

Note: Make sure to keep your .env file secure and do not commit it to public repositories.
