Upon transitioning I received the following deprecation warnings:

DEPRECATION: A property of <frontend@view:-outlet::ember421> was modified inside the didInsertElement hook. You should never change properties on components, services, or models during didInsertElement because it causes significant performance degradation. [deprecation id: ember-views.dispatching-modify-property]

The feed failed to load and only this was seen:

What Ember version were you using? Must be above 2.0.0.

v2.0.2, yes
