Request for H&E alignment file in GSE286051

Hi Ding Lab team,

Thank you for sharing the excellent GSE286051 dataset—it's been incredibly valuable for our research.

We're currently working on aligning the H&E images with the Xenium data but noticed the he_imagealignment.csv file and experiment.xenium isn't included. Would it be possible to share this file or provide guidance on how to properly align the histology data?

This would help us fully reproduce and extend your published analyses. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
